Julia- Not your Momma’s Cinderella!
Just when I thought I have heard it all from the Obama campaign machine they surprise us with Julia! By now the majority of you already know who Julia is and how to find the little character on Barack Obama’s website. The newest chapter in the “war on women” saga where a cartoon/storybook type character goes through life from cradle to grave relying on the Government for her successes.
What we are to believe as voters based on this storybook character is if we want to be a successful “Julia” then we better vote for another term with Obama! After all, Obama is the “Fairy God Father” of sorts and Mitt Romney is the “evil wicked King” who will destroy Julia if he is elected in office. Also we see that Congressman Paul Ryan plays a role as the “evil henchman” who is after poor Julia as well! Oh my, what is a damsel in distress to do!
Geesh! Get a freakin’ grip Obama! Shame on you and your campaign for coming up with this crappy fairy tale! Shame on any voter who goes along with this idiotic suggestion as well! Do you notice that the Obama campaign machine systematically takes the role of a “father” out of this story? I mean it is suggested that Julia is the product of a single parent mother and grows up to become a single parent herself because there is no “man” in her life at all! This is what Democrats like to continue is the government entitlement mentality of “Hey! Let us raise your kid”!
There is absolutely no excuse in why the moral decay of this country continues other than the Government mentality perpetuates this through the Democratic party. The idea of being a responsible and accountable individual is missing in this story and that is how the Democrats/Progressive/Liberals like it to stay. After all you are considered a heartless evil person if you even suggest that Julia should have a father figure in her life and in her child’s life!
You know I believe Obama would like for us to continue decaying as a society in our value system. The idea of working hard and doing the right thing in life seems to be counterproductive with this administration. I can remember a time when I was growing up that it was frowned upon for a girl to get pregnant and not be married. The reason for that back then remains the same today and that is it is a hard life being a single mother with kids and the family unit is destroyed further without a father figure to help in raising a family.
I was a single parent for several years before meeting my current husband so this is not a “bashing of single motherhood” but rather a reality check for everyone to hear. Being a single parent was the hardest times of my life and I became one through no fault of my own. However, I took the responsiblity of raising my two sons head on and I NEVER relied on the government to assist me. It was a choice that I made and I am proud of that decision but it was no picnic! My son’s missed out on having a relationship with their biological father so they are the ones who truly suffer. It is not a concept that should be promoted by anyone, most certainly our government!
Julia is a fictitious character who lives in a fantasy world according to Obama. The reality of life is never a fairy tale and relying on the Government from cradle to grave is nothing more than choosing to live in the Government plantation where you will never fulfill your full potential. Just ask the generational welfare family units who reside in the same government housing their mother, grandmothers and aunts lived before them where there is no father figure around. You tell me if that part of the fairy tale is told in Julia’s book! Guess that would be a very “unhappy” ending!
